Flour 100 grams
Date Syrup 1 cup
Boiling Water ¼ cup


Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Pistachio slice or Date Syrup for decoration




  1. Into the bowl Stir the eggs for about 5 minutes until they are light
  2. Add the dates syrup, vanilla, and boiling water and stir again.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder
  4. Sifting this mixture into the bowl
  5. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
  6. Bake for 45 min on 180˚C.
  7. Decorate with the pistachio slice or Date Syrup and Serve with tea
  8. Enjoy!
